Welcome to the second HIEST seminar of 2022 on Wednesday, February 9, at 9:15-12:00 (Eastern European Time). The theme of this seminar is “Histories of higher education”, and we focus on two non-Anglophone contexts: Thailand and Finland. The language of the seminar is English. Our visitor Dr. Penpisoot Maitrarat (Mahasarakham University, Thailand) will be talking about the concept of decoloniality in higher education in non/uncolonised contexts, focusing on the case of Thailand.
