The research group examines various issues of learning, teaching and guidance in higher education, in particular, but also at other levels of education as well as at the workplace and in in-service training. Specific themes of interest include changing learning environments, students’ growth and development processes, teachers’ professional growth, issues pertaining to guidance and mentoring, and multiculturalism from the pedagogical perspective.
