Processes of learning, teaching and guidance

Research in this area focuses on learning, teaching and guidance in different contexts of lifelong learning, especially for vocational education, higher education and teachers’ professional development. Special attention is paid to transitions between different school systems and from school to work, the development of expertise, innovative learning environments, intercultural learning and learning in the interface between education and the world of work.
