Delivery and delivery terms
- Orders are sent by air mail as letters or parcels.
- An invoice payable through your bank (the bank will charge you for its own costs) will be sent later.
- Postage and handling will be added to the prices:
- Orders of less than 2 kilos in Europe: EUR 10
- Orders of less than 2 kilos to countries outside Europe: EUR 16
- Orders of more than 2 kilos: postage (all countries)
- VAT 9% will be deducted from orders by organisations based in EU countries that quote their VAT registration number with their order and from orders from countries outside the EU.
This deduction also includes all non-European countries.
- We regret that we cannot accept VISA payments.
